Thursday, April 6
7:00 pm Maundy Thursday: Commemoration of the Lord’s Supper with foot washing (optional). Concludes with the stripping and washing of the Altar, marking the beginning of the all-night Watch over the reserved Sacrament at the Altar of repose.
Friday, April 7
12:00 pm Good Friday Liturgy form the Book of Common Prayer with the reading of the Passion Gospel According to John, communion from the reserved Sacrament, and veneration of the Cross.
3:00 pm The Way of the Cross – an ecumenical pilgrimage at Corpus Cristi Roman Catholic Church (100 James Street). Meet in the grotto and walk the outdoors stations of the cross.
7:00 pm The Way of the Cross (Spanish)—a prayerful pilgrimage through the stations of the Lord’s passion.
Saturday, April 8
7:30 pm The Great Vigil of Easter: candlelight service, proclamation of the resurrection Gospel According to Matthew, renewal of baptismal vows, and first Easter celebration of the Holy Eucharist.
Sunday, April 9
10:00 am Easter Day: Festival celebration of the Holy Eucharist, with the proclamation of the Resurrection Gospel According to John. Flowering of the Cross and Easter egg hunt to follow service!
1:00 pm Día de Pascua misa en español.
